Meet Abby, Founder of Natal Wellness

Natal Wellness was created out of a pressing need for comprehensive antenatal and postnatal education. As a qualified midwife, I have witnessed first-hand how a lack of knowledge can leave women and their families unprepared for the challenges and joys of parenthood.

At Natal Wellness, we believe that knowledge is power. Providing up-to-date information empowers expecting and new parents to make informed decisions that are right for their unique family dynamics. Furthermore, educating close family members on current practices supports new parents in their journey, ensuring a robust support system that fosters confidence and well-being during this transformative life stage.

What we offer

Our beautifully designed, purpose-built facility offers bespoke classes tailored to meet every need during pregnancy and beyond. We provide a range of face-to-face sessions, including new-born to 18-month classes that support you after your baby arrives. Our antenatal and postnatal courses are ideal for new parents, while our refresher classes cater to experienced parents looking for updated guidance. Additionally, we offer breastfeeding workshops and support to ensure you have the best start with your baby. All our programs are conducted in a friendly, kind, inclusive, and supportive environment, ensuring you feel welcomed and cared for every step of the way.

Antenatal Postnatal Course
5 weeks long starting on your booking date

Our Antenatal/Postnatal program consists of four 3-hour sessions and one 2-hour workshop, held over a total of five weeks. Teaming up with Mama Baby Bliss North Nottinghamshire, led by Jessy, our course offers the perfect blend of midwife-provided information and Abby's guidance, along with holistic approaches to birth experiences including positioning, breathing, and massage techniques by Mama Baby Bliss consultant Jessy.

Our course aims to equip expectant and new parents with the knowledge and confidence necessary for the journey through pregnancy, childbirth, and early parenthood. Covering physical and emotional health, practical skills like labor techniques, new-born care, and infant feeding.

Our experienced team will support you through this transformative experience with expert advice, evidence-based practices, and encouragement. By enrolling in our Antenatal/Postnatal course, you can embrace parenthood feeling informed and prepared.

Refreshers class
